The day began at 8:45 with pickup of the Team at the Wakefield Mall.  Returning to Westerly, our first stop was at the Greater Westerly-Pawcatuck area Chamber of Commerce where Lisa Konicki, the Executive Director met us and provided a little talk on the attributes of the Westerly Area.  Next, we visited Hauser Chocolatier with a self-guided tour of the factory along with a bit of sample tasting.  After a quick telephone call, we were able to get into a small veterinary clinic, Pawcatuck Veterinary Clinic, in Pawcatuck, CT to accommodate Dr. Arvind Sharma.  Since we were ahead of schedule, we included an unscheduled visit to President Bob at one of the Elms' Alzheimer's residences.  Lunch was at Asian House, one of the restaurants that participated in our recent Chowder Cookoff.  The group was welcomed there by Doug Rayner, Mike Smith and later Steve Salerno and President Bob visited also.  After lunch, we were welcomed at the Westerly Urgent Care office by Dr. Andreozzi's office administrator who answered quite a few questions from Muskaan and Manraj.  Then we moved on to The Westerly Sun where Mike provided a tour of that facility and Amit met the Sun's editor.  The Sun provided the group with their Rhode Island 101 book.  Moving on to Watch Hill, we arrived at the extraordinary Ocean House and received a wonderful tour by Ebbie Elmer.  After a short rest at Casa Russo, with Rose, Doug, President Bob and Vinnie, the group headed off to dinner at International Night where we all enjoyed the fellowship of Rotarians of District 7950 and met the new class of exchange students.  Long day for all but most enjoyable.
