Former Rotarian and Past President (1974-1975) Francis E Ruisi passed away Monday evening, January 28, 2019. Frank, brother-in-law to Joe Nigrelli, was a Korean War Veteran, owned Allied Electric. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 2nd, at 10am at St. Clare Church on Crandall Avenue.
