Million Dollar Meal, 30 August 2011

      Monday arrived with the sunshine andn provided a beautiful day for our gathering of fellowship and great food at Rotary Park.  Chefs Vinnie Gaccione and Walter Kimball cooked hot dogs and hamburgers while everyone brought a side dish or dessert.  Guests included Ada Elmer, Florence Alvino, Jean Rayner, Louise Seitsinger, Thelma Gaccione, Valerie Rumfelt, Marty and Visiting Rotarian Bob Boughner, and Steve Salerno's nephew, Andrew.

     Due to the Irene's visit and problems she left behind, District Governon Bill Vangel was not able to attend.

     After dinner, everyone adjourned to the Park Gazebo where Past President Dan Alvino introduced Dr. Roy Seitsinger, who has just completed his first year as Superintendent of Schools here in Westerly.  Dan and president Bob then inducted Roy into the Club.  He previously was a member of the Pawtuxent Valley and North Kingstown Clubs.
