Our February and March Students of the Month

     The meetings where we recognize our students are always a highlight of our Rotary year. This week we were blessed to have Madison Rockwood (February) and Elisa Perez (March) with us so that we could honor them as our Students of the Month. Both ladies are exceptionally talented, great students and a joy to work with according to their teachers.

     Madison was introduced by Dean Meagan Herlihy. She is enrolled in early childhood development classes. She is involved in Marching Band, the Pep club and a number of other school activities. She is also a cheerleading coach for the little ones and has booked many hours of community service. She is hoping to attend the University of Rhode Island next Fall.

     Elisa Perez was introduced by Dean Carmela Sammataro. She is a member of the Westerly High Golf team, the Pep Club and several other student organizations. She has also logged in many hours of community service at the Westerly Public Library. She hopes to major in International Business and is looking at several four year universities but has yet to choose one.
