We were pleased to present 2019 Scholarship awards to two more recipients - Isabel Huckle and Samuel Luzzi.
Isabel is at the University of Vermont pursuing health care studies and Sam is at the University of Rhode Island in the engineering program. Members wished them every success.
Rotary Moment was presented by Bob and Rose with a short discussion about Every Rotarian Every Year donations to Rotary Foundation including how the funds are used to make life better throughout the world, the Foundation's four-star rating as a non profit. Nine members have contributed so far this fiscal year. We hope to have full participation this year.
Kathryn received an email from Dave Henley inviting our membership to attend their 25 February meeting at Pinecrest Golf Club, 6:30. Guest speaker will be RI General Treasurer Seth Magaziner. Let Kathryn know by Feb 21 if you plan to attend.
