Past District Governor James Rassol passed away last week. He served District 7950 as District Governor in 1996/1997 and was a 42-year member of the Rotary Club of Warwick. Calling hours are Tuesday 4-8 at the Perry McStay Funeral Home, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. His funeral is scheduled for Wednesday at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial will be with Military Honors at the Swan Point Cemetery in Providence.
