Amy Celico, daughter of Frank and Donna Celico, is the "new Executive Director of Schwarzman Scholars, a one-year fully funded master's program at Tsinghua University created to build a community of global leaders who will collaborate to address the most pressing challenges of the 21st century. Before joining Schwarzman Scholars, Amy was a Partner and Co-Lead of the China practice at global advisory firm DGA-Albright Stonebridge Group for almost two decades, advising corporate and non-profit clients operating in China. Prior to that, she served in a number of roles in the U. S. Government" in areas concerning China/US economic affairs. Amy is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Mount Holyoke College and the Hopkins-Nanjing Center. The Scholars program will give the winning applicant the opportunity to "experience a dynamic curriculum and unparalleled access to China among a community of global leaders. Central to the program are world-renowned advisers, a rigorous and innovative study of global affairs and hands-on exploration of Chinese culture and commerce. Scholars graduate with a valuable set of cross-cultural leadership skills, a diverse and meaningful network of leaders and career-defining learning experiences." Upon completion of the program, all Scholars receive a Master's Degree in Global Affairs awarded by Tsinghua University.
