Our very own Jen and Alan Brinton were among the Honorees at the Westerly Armory Restoration, Inc. Annual Appreciation Evening, Saturday, 16 August. Other Honorees included Jack Carson, Craig Floyd and Barbara Watrous. It was a very special evening with music provided by Linda & Len, fantastic buffet dinner provided by Bogue's Alley and desserts by Vesta Bakery. Present at the Rotary table was Ted, Cal, Rona, Steve, Evie and Rose. Jen and Alan received certificates from the State and the Town of Westerly in addition to the Armory honors.

The Armory is open Mondays and Thursdays from 9 to 4 - and by appointment. If you haven't visited yet, there is quite a lot to see both military and community related. Next year the Armory will celebrate its 125th birthday.
One additional announcement was made Saturday evening - Jen and Alan will be the Columbus Day Parade Grand Marshalls for 2025!!!!!
