An Evening with Ryan Saunders

Ryan Saunders, Executive Director of the Chorus of Westerly, was our guest speaker at our meeting this week. He spoke about the recent European tour and shared photographs from this tour which moved through three cities. The group performed in Prague, Vienna and Budapest to crowds as large as 1,000 people. It was the type of trip the chorus went on 19 years ago when Ryan and Andrew Howell were teens singing in the group. Now Andrew is the Director and Ryan is the organizational chief. Over 240 people were involved and they had a memorable experience as they sang Dvorak's Stabat Mater.
