It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Father Bob on 27 August 2022. Father Bob was Rector at Christ Church in Westerly for 18 years beginning in 1988, a Westerly Rotarian serving as President from 2002 to 2003, and served as Master of Ceremonies for over 22 International Night Events which celebrated our District's International Exchange Student Program. Father Bob was a mentor to many people young and old.
The first picture above was taken at an International Night event - with Rona in front, Doug & MaryAnn in the background. The second picture was shared of Father Bob with Ryan Saunders on his Confirmation Day. These pictures speak more than words. Such wonderful memories!!!!
There will be a Memorial Service at Christ Church Westerly at 11:00am 8 October.
