Tattler wins "Best Bulletin of 2011/2012"

At the District 7950 Conference, which was held recently in Newport, the "Tattler" received the "Best Bulletin of 2011/2012" Award.  This bulletin does not appear in Club Runner as the membership elected to maintain the previous format.  Editor Rosemarie A. Russo was very honored to receive this award at Monday evening meeting.
